- Call and ask for references. We can put you in touch with people we have bought from. Ask them what the process was actually like.
- Ask us to explain the offer. Any buyer who will not walk you through how they got to their number is not one you should sell to.
- Check the county records. Real estate purchases are public record in Oklahoma. You can look up what a buyer has actually closed.
- Never sign anything you do not understand. That goes for us too. Take the contract to an attorney if you want a second set of eyes on it.
